Kuwait has about 40 windy days per year - and they seem to be mostly in the winter!
...winter currently being now, which is about 20C. I can't complain. Although it can feel cold when it gets really windy. Plus our apartments don't have heating, so we have a space heater - which I haven't used yet, but I intend to when it becomes time. It is cold in the mornings now - so much that I don't want to get out from under my duvet!
But 47F beats 47C any day.
