Maybe tomorrow, I’ll want to settle down,
Until tomorrow, I’ll just keep moving on.

I'll be absolutely ridiculous again, someday...but give me some time :)

Currently listening to: Beth Moore: Get Out of That Pit
Currently planning: a trip with Mom and Dad!

That's right, Mom and Dad are coming to Kuwait on March 26. Well, I guess they really won't arrive until March 27, but hey, the 17 hour flight and the 7 hour time change will be the first part of their adventure ;)

Of course, the day after they arrive and for the following 4 days, I'll have to work. But that's okay. Because then it's Spring Break! And after the 4:30am Easter Service, we'll fly to Jordan for a couple of days.

It looks like I'll be at my school again next year. I know. Complain all semester, put yourself into the deepest pit, and then...you hear that still, small voice say "Stay. Don't give up. Don't be defeated. Give it another chance." So there you have it. Of course, anything can happen between now and then, but we'll see. What a world. Four years in Kuwait.

Stephanie reminded me when I was in Halifax over Christmas that Mom was okay with me moving to Kuwait instead of Halifax because, I'd come home from Kuwait. Well, what do you know. I'll come home again, someday - but probably after my student loans are paid off. It looks like another 2 and a half years. Only God really knows.

But it's okay, because I'm not doing it alone. And, no, there is no boyfriend, not yet. Stop being so hopeful, and leave that to me!

Praise the Lord, oh my soul,
all my inmost being, praise His holy name,
praise the Lord, oh my soul,
and forget not all His benefits --
who forgives all your sins,
and heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.

Psalm 103:1-5

Hey! I'm (re)reading Beth Moore's "Get Out of that Pit"! and also planning a trip!

Looking forward to seeing you - but it's so unreal that we're actually coming to Kuwait!
Love, Mom (&Dad)
