Sitting area: You cannot write in the dust, because there is no dust to be found!
The entrance:
My bedroom: A little rearranged.
I still have no idea what to do with those big pillows on the chair. Maybe cover them and bring them to school? I have no idea.
Other half of bedroom: being used! This works so much better.
Why didn't I think of this last year?
Kitchen! The big fridge makes me so happy! Everything fits perfectly.
And a new garbage can with a lid. You can't see it, but I know it's there.
Jen and I walked to the grocery store today (it was merely 37C, not too bad...although we were still pretty gross when we got there!)
It is a clear day, but the picture doesn't do it any justice. Amazing how our eyes work.

So there you go! I will try to remember to take pictures of my new classroom this week. School is going well. My classes changed every day last week, but that should settle down by the end of the week...just in time for our Eid vacation!
If there's one thing I could ask, it's prayer for our administration. We have a new principal and superintendent, and it's just chaos in the high school right now - which is bad for the beginning of the year. I am loving my secluded classroom on the Middle School floor, but my principal doesn't appreciate the fact that I keep missing meetings because no one remembers to come downstairs to tell me that they are happening! But such is life. Eventually the wrinkles will be ironed out and the high school will run like a well-oiled machine...but preferably before the students get too comfortable!
